When you bring your items in, we will determine what we believe will sell.  If we appear selective, please understand we have your best interest in mind.  Our customer's preference is our selection guideline.  All items received must be clean, odor free and are originals unless otherwise noted and is not a copy or reproduction.  Any item that needs to be steamed or cleaned will be charged accordingly per item.  All gowns need to be dry cleaned before accepting.

If any items are found to have defects, (stains, holes, missing buttons, zipper problems etc.) after first inspection you item will automatically be donated.

Touch of Class sets the selling price.  Upon selling an item, you will receive 40% of the purchase price.  Touch of Class Consignment has the right to hold periodic sales or offer discounts on all items.

Your items are displayed for 60 days. After 3 weeks, the selling price will be reduced by 20%.  After 6 weeks, the selling price will be reduced by another 20%.  After 60 days you items will be automatically placed on our 50% off original price rack and at 67 day will be donated.  You are responsible for collecting any expired items you do not wish to donate between the 50th and 60th day if not sold.  If you choose to pick your items up sooner than 50 days a $2 charge per item will apply.  It is the consigner's responsibility to keep track of their items.  On the 67th day items not picked up become the property of Touch of Class.  At the beginning of eah year, upon request, we can provide an itemized list of your donations.

We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.

Touch of Class does not mail checks unless you are out of the area and a $3.00 mailing fee will be deducted from your account.  Checks will not be issued during the months of July and August but any monies due can be used toward store purchases.  Checks will issued September - June from the 17th to the 30/31st of the month.

You agree to indemnify and hold Touch of Class Consignment, its agents and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, loses, liability and expenses (including our Attorney's fees) related to the breach or claimed breach of any of your obligation, respoonsibilities and warrantes herein.
