We reserve the right to establish the selling price of your articles, to reduce the price at any time to facilitate sales and to run periodic sales.  Certain higher ticket items may be reduced only by mutual agreement.

After 60 days, any unsold merchandise becomes the property of Touch of Class Consignment.  If you wish to pick up any of your unsold items, you must do so before the 60th day or NO LATER then 7days.  It is the consigner's responsibility to find the articles on the selling floor.

The proceeds from the sale of your items will be split 60/40 between Touch of Class Consignment and yourself. (you will receive 40% of the final selling price and Touch of Class Consignment will receive 60%).

All proceeds from the sale of your items must be collected by you from Touch of Class Consignment no later than two years from the date of consignment.  Any proceeds not collected within two years from the date of consignment will revert to Touch of Class Consignment.

All articles are left at your own risk.  While Touch of Class Consignment takes reasonable precaution, we are NOT responsible for any damage or loss for any reason whatsoever.

You may check on your account at any time by calling or by coming into the store.
If any item is found to have defects not called to our attention at time of being received, the item will be given to charity.
